Respected by NHS commissioners across the region, Human Touch’s Patient Transport Services provide patients with safe, comfortable and efficient transport whilst providing excellent value-for-money to commissioners. We capture all relevant data and provide KPI reports as standard so our clients’ contract managers have the information they need to demonstrate their on-target performance.

Our recent, excellent CQC report demonstrates that our staff are trained to a high standard so we provide a safe service to patients. Our vehicles go through 3 monthly service/maintenance which means they’re safe and fit for purpose. Our management team includes a registered Paramedic as Clinical Director, our Head of Ambulance Services is also a Registered Nurse and our Managing Director has over 12yrs experience operating patient transport services which cumulate in providing a well-led service.

With a team of 50 Ambulance & Emergency Care Assistants and a growing PTS fleet of 20 Ambulances, we’re able to respond and flex our service to whatever our clients require; whilst our trained and qualified staff do everything they can to provide patients with the care and attention they need during their journey. We we pride ourselves on our ability to communicate with our patients in a relaxed but appropriate manner. Our vehicles are equipped to ensure clinical needs are met en-route. This includes oxygen administrations and moving & handling assistance. High Dependency vehicles provide more advanced clinical care. Every single journey that we make is assessed to ascertain the needs of each individual patient.
